Values and Beliefs Assessment

Values & Beliefs

What it is

This assessment maps what you actually hold important, and how firmly: security, achievement, autonomy, loyalty, fairness, tradition, growth, belonging, and the rest of the values that quietly arbitrate your decisions. It also surfaces where your values compete with one another, which is where most genuinely difficult choices live.

Why take it

Because a surprising amount of unhappiness comes from a life well-organized around the wrong things. People rarely choose their values deliberately; they absorb them from family, culture, and circumstance, then spend decades serving them without ever checking whether they still fit. Naming your values turns them from invisible defaults into something you can weigh.

The awareness you gain

You get language for friction you could not explain: the job that looks perfect and feels wrong, the relationship that satisfies one deeply held value while starving another, the decision you keep postponing because either answer costs you something real. Values conflicts are not indecision; they are two important things pulling at once, and seeing both is what makes the choice possible. Where personality describes how you operate, values explain what you are operating toward, which is why this result shapes nearly every recommendation Sparks makes, and why it sits underneath your Authority Blueprint when the question turns to power.
