-
Metacognitive Awareness: Identifies your default thought habits and cognitive traps (like rumination or catastrophizing), giving you the clarity to interrupt negative mental loops and master your own thought processes.
-
Learning Style: Uncovers your ideal intake modalities, pacing, and session structure, allowing Sparks to deliver content tailored specifically to how you retain material and build skills.
Together, this inner-mind blueprint turns self-reflection into active skill-building—equipping you with emotional control, cognitive clarity, and an optimized strategy for continuous personal development.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
EQ is a facet of Relational Intelligence (RQ) by marked the ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions, in yourself and in others. Our assessment measures the five recognized pillars: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skill.
Unlike IQ, which stays fairly stable across life, EQ can be developed at any age, and it is one of the strongest predictors of relationship satisfaction, career success, and mental well-being. You cannot strengthen what you have not measured; your EQ profile shows exactly which pillar to work on first.
You develop a richer emotional vocabulary, learning to tell anger from hurt, anxiety from anticipation, guilt from shame. Precision matters: an emotion you can name accurately is an emotion you can manage. You also learn your emotional triggers and the early physical signals that a feeling is building, which gives you the pause you need to respond instead of react.
